COMING TO ST. ANDREW’S
September 12 & 13
ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE: THE EXTENDED PLAY VERSION
JIM WOODLAND SHARES THIS INVITATION:
FROM US TO YOU - THINGS YOUR MOTHER SHOULD KNOW
Have you thought life was a Magical Mystery Tour? Do you feel like a Nowhere Man? Does Yesterday seem like A Hard Day’s Night? Do you find yourself saying Help! I’m a Loser. In My LIfe I Should Have Known Better Eight Days a Week?
Then join us on September 12 or 13th for ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE: THE EXTENDED PLAY VERSION. Bruce Davis (St. Andrew’s very own Paperback Writer), With a Little Help from (His) Friends will share Words of Love. He will not harp about You Never Give Me Your Money. He will say that you Can’t Buy me Love. He will tell you Something about A Day in the Life so you can Act Naturally Any Time at All as you Carry That Weight Across the Universe.
Because Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band has a gig, Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite, Bruce will be joined by the St. Andrews Band, the Horns of Jericho, and the St. Andrews Choir led by Polythene Pam.
In The End you will not be The Fool on the Hill. You will leave the service thinking about The Things We Said Today. Getting Better, feeling Glad All Over about The Word.

Will you pray with me?
Lord God, we praise you for another grace-filled weekend or worship, study and fellowship at St. Andrew’s. In 1 Corinthians, Paul compares the church to the human body, made up of different component parts, each with different functions, but all serving a common purpose. It is right and good that we thank you for all the people who are members of the Body of Christ here at St. Andrew’s, giving of their time and treasure to make this ministry possible. May we each find our place of service and value the service of our brothers and sisters in Christ. There were, of course, new people visiting this weekend. We would love to incorporate them into the congregation. May all who come to St. Andrew’s experience us as a body radiating the warmth of Your Holy Spirit. I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.
