Lord God, we ask that you would empower St. Andrew’s as we gather this weekend. There will be new people in our midst—there always are. May they experience St. Andrew’s as a place of Christian hospitality and warm-hearted worship. Use our fellowship to communicate the joy of the gospel. In the tradition of Cornelius, may our prayers and alms ascend as a memorial to you. Make us one in love, fellowship and service. I ask in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
